FIRE EXTINGUISHER SALES & SERVICE
Different hazards require different types of extinguishers,
and Layman Fire & Safety offers a wide variety of fire
extinguishers to meet your needs. We also offer training for
employees on fire extinguisher usage, and provide full fire
extinguisher maintenance services (recharging, inspection,
hydrostatic testing, etc.) to ensure that your home or
business complies with the requirements of the Ontario Fire
Code. FIRE DETECTION SYSTEMS
Layman Fire & Safety provides a variety of fire detection
systems to suit your home and business needs. Please be
aware that Ontario residents are required to have a smoke
detector on every level of their home or office building.
FIRE HOSE SERVICE
We offer on-site fire hose services that comply with the
regulations of the Ontario Fire Code. This includes
installation, regular maintenance and hydrostatic testing.
EMERGENCY AND EXIT LIGHTING
As part of our fire safety services, we offer routine
service on emergency and exit lighting to ensure proper
operation during power outages.
SPRINKLER & SUPPRESSION SYSTEMS
Layman Fire & Safety is certified to inspect, test and
maintain Pro Tech II kitchen sprinkler and fire suppression
systems.
SURVEYS & ESTIMATES
Layman Fire & Safety is pleased to provide you with free
on-site surveys and estimates for your fire protection and
safety needs. We are also available to explain our estimates
in detail with references to the Ontario Fire Code
requirements.
